I am a corporate citizen that strives to integrate my spiritual practice with the business world.  I am of the belief that there is no greater enemy than the one lurking inside.  I am constantly trying to identify my own fears, biases and projections so I can refine my actions and perceptions.   I am a generally happy person, but am working my way toward continuous happiness =)

I love life, family, friends and waking up every morning.  For fun I enjoy training in Aikido (transferring it's teachings to daily interactions) along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (with some MMA mixed in for good balance).  

I also enjoy boating in the summer and cooking for family and friends.
